Preview draft. This notice describes how we intend to handle information during the pre-launch and pilot phase. It will be reviewed by legal counsel and updated before VenTracer units are sold.

Who we are

VenTracer is a brand of Rapid Circuitry. The company responsible for your information is Caropet Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India (“we”, “us”).

This website

This site has no accounts or advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. The pilot form doesn't send anything to this site: it opens your own email app with your answers filled in, and you choose whether to send it. Fonts, scripts and graphics are served from our own server; the site makes no requests to third-party services. The site is hosted on a remote server, which keeps standard web server logs.

Pilot requests

Pilot and contact requests arrive by email. If you contact us, we use your name, organisation, contact details and message to reply to you and to run the pilot programme. We don't sell this information.

Breath and test data from pilot units

Pilot units measure breathing and gas-exchange data, and the app may ask for details such as age, sex, height, weight and heart rate. This is personal data and, in many places, health-related data. We intend to:

• process it on the device and in the app on your phone wherever possible;
• use data shared with us only to develop and validate VenTracer, and only with your consent;
• anonymise data before it's used in any publication;
• let you export your raw data and ask us to delete what we hold.

Pilot partners will receive a specific data agreement before any unit is used.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU and UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data and to withdraw consent. To use them, email aditya@rapidcircuitry.com.

Changes

We'll update this notice as VenTracer moves from preview to product, and change the date at the top when we do.
